Business-first means the architecture answers to the business, not the other way around. A technically beautiful system that misses what the company actually needs is a failed project with good diagrams. So we start with your constraints: budget, timelines, regulation, and where you want to be in three years. Then we design backwards from there, and we can explain every trade-off in the boardroom and in the codebase.
Team-first means we know architecture doesn't ship software. Teams do. A design nobody understands is a design nobody follows, so we work alongside your engineers instead of handing down decisions from above. We facilitate the modeling sessions, we pair on the hard parts, and we make sure the reasoning stays in the team after the engagement ends. The goal is to leave capability behind, not dependency.
